"Room" - spacious and complete with basic amenities; "Breakfast" - ample servings with many varieties; "Location" - perfect as it's accessible and convenient. The free snacks was a surprise. Thanks.

Location was in the middle of clark. Rooms were clean and huge. Needs vacuuming though it was a bit stuffy. Staff were nice and accommodating. This hotel had a Casino and a few restaurants

Beautiful receiving and dining area. Enjoy the afternoon merienda buffet.

Staff needs to be more vigilant when providing for the requests of customers. Late reply, mail lost when I left an envelope in the front desk and they could not locate it, cutlery in bread counter missing and it took four times to ask for it that I gave up altogether and just took my own table knife to slice bread. These details lower the quality of service in a lovely hotel.

By the time we arrived the property though, the staff was cccommodating and attentive. All the questions I wanted to ask over the phone, they readily had answers to them. It felt like they're used to questions and request and they readily give it.

I guess the building we stayed in was old. And leading towards the trip, they were not answering calls. I wanted to call about my requests and questions ahead of time.

To start off, I booked the room online for my fiancee to relax so everything was done online as I am thousand miles away from her at the moment. Provided credit card details online so I thought payment will be automatically process using my card, even called their reservations, which took ages for me to reach, to inquire about it and confirmed and they said it was okay. Apparently, the policy about it was unclear as they made my fiancee pay cash upon check in because apparently they need a physical card for credit card payments if reservation's done from some online booking site (wth?). Shuttle service for guests is very limited and my fiancee even asked them if they have it and the receptionist just told her that it was only for employees. Getting to the hotel and to Clark is already difficult enough if you don't drive your own car so they should at least provide a better shuttle service for their guests 'cause not all the guests drive their own car to begin with. The charges can be pricey so you're expecting you're getting a better if not excellent service because you pay for it. So yes, my fiancee had a difficult time getting to the hotel, was stressful on her part, this stay should be a relaxation time for her (SMH). And for a deluxe king, the room can be a little small even the bathroom and let's not talk about the towels... look like they've been used 100 times that the color turned off-white if not a dirty-ish white. And for a well-established hotel like Royce, I'm expecting something better but it was disappointing so far. They don't even have the pool but it's included in their amenities, even crappy hotels have pools! Room service/assistance also takes time to arrive. Some of the staffs are nice but some can be discriminating, they should never give statement about how a service (like the taxi service) or the food can be expensive so my fiancee just better get them outside because it's much cheaper.

For travelling this would be a great choice as it is right by the airport and the facility provides free shuttle. The staff here were friendly and the room was a decent enough room.

The only negative I would say was during the time of my stay, an event was on and the room was pretty noisy with the music and people running around the corridor.

Close proximity to my race venue.

1. Shower are was dirty with lots of mold. 2. Bed sheets were smelly 3. Pillows were smelly 4. Room wasn’t cleaned properly, had smack wrappers under the bed. 5. Didn’t allow bicycle to be brought up to the room (I was there for a race). First hotel that didn’t allow. 6. Breakfast food was cold and choices were horrible. 7. There was drunk customer shouting and yet the staffs didn’t do anything. 8. Generally a very crappy hotel.

Quality of the food at Amare Restaurant was great, as usual.

Somewhat dissatisfied with the Amare Restaurant. Normally its pretty good, this trip the waitress (Jen) was not paying any attention to us and it seemed as though her mind was out among the stars, no offers of additional bread or refill of the water glasses; those items should be automatic, just as they have in the past. The food was great as usual, but the service was lacking, to say the least. We had to call attention to this with staff manager, who corrected things, but the waitress obviously had something on her mind that was definitely distracting her from her duties.

Bathroom outdated,

The age of the bathroom, door not closing on shower recess water leaking all over the floor. No floor towel left, asked for one extra towel did not happen. No toilet paper left after room service. The bar staff were excellent I have 250 hospitality staff with 500 gambling machines and MGM’s and Ronaldo would be up there in the top 3 at my establishments.

The food was good. The staff at the restaurant were all nice.

A front desk officer was rude to my husband. They should be trained more efficiently. They should show more respect and care to their customers. After my husband informed the front desk officer his dismay with his attitude, he didnt even seem apologetic for his behavior. Which added to the disappointment we had with our stay.

We all loved our beds as these were really comfortable. Also, all of the individual members of the hotel staff we encountered (from doormen to the front desk to the wait staff in the restaurants) were all very warm and attentive to our needs.

The rooms we stayed in were a little too basic and the room towels were too worn out and should already have been replaced. Also, the absence of a hotel pool during our stay was a huge let down as this would have allowed for our kids to have something to do while there.

Breakfast buffet was always different food every day

They didn’t have face clothes. You had to request and they should provide 2 toilet paper rolls every time they clean or if requested for more.

no WIFI in my room, safety box not fixed on the wall, ready to take out, secure door locker damaged, missing parts and screws, very hard bed matress, no pool, no gym, breakfast only until 10am in a casino hotel, 1 Pizza order took 75 minutes, 1 Coffee and toasted bread order took 40 minutes, not worth for the expensive price

Bed was hard toilet was running 24hrs a day asked several times to fix it came twice and still the same problem the lid got broken and they asked me to pay for it which I refused as one of the persons left leaning against the wall and it fell down during the night which woke me up rest of stay was great
